To me fire force ended fast like I finished reading the manga in one day fire force was like I saw shinra as a newbie and than boom he became a god like his character development is fast but ya I like some character specially smoker in anime and ya I love fan service 😅 but not always and the ending was amazing but not the best like once he transform I basically knew he would negative deff any character in his verse

Tbh as a boruto fan myself I wouldn’t bring the boruto anime back. Instead I would first adapt the Naruto light novels that cover the post War saga to when Naruto became hokage ( which is about 10 years in the time line called the blank period ) so you have 3 Naruto anime’s: Naruto - covers part 1 Naruto Shippuden - covers part 2 Naruto Hiden - covers after the war but before boruto so the part 3 Then you redo the boruto anime and you can now adapt part 1 with no filler and adapt the light novels in order. I believe if they take this approach you get Naruto fans to engage with the media, you fix the boruto filler issues and best of all you give the Second part of the boruto manga more time ti get ahead before you adapt it. Tbh Boruto TBV shouldn’t even be animated till 2028-2029 at the earliest and by then the manga should be half way to almost done

I hate how people bring u other hand signs argument when most characters including the mc Naruto barley use them. Naruto used more hand signs in a soaring match with boruto then he ever used in his own series. People saw that one exchange between kakashi and zabuza and made that the standard but most characters don’t use hand signs

Well Naruto was never about the classical Ninja's who excelled at hiding and assassinating or such stuff. The MC being the least Ninja-like figure you could think of, already kind goes against that statment. While the strategic and tactical aspect of the traditional Ninja figure were incorporated into the Story, it was nothing more than that. And if we go by these strategic and tactical aspects i named, then Part 2 would been more about Ninja's then Part 1. For goodness sake, in the first Chapter and Episode of the Series, we saw a giant nine-tailed Fox squaring of against someone standing on top of an enourmous Frog, what in that exactly is supposed to be "Ninja-like"?

Yeah it's much easier to make an argument that Naruto was not about ninjas but rather supernatural shinobi. Think people forgot that even back in the day everyone was poking fun at the series based on stealth assassins had a main character in bright orange. While I do think the primary argument is sound, there is a critique I do want to bring up. That is about premises. The premise of a story is important but the problem in discussions is people can poorly define a premise. Like yes Bleach is about fighting Hollows but the premise is more about Ichigo keeping his loved ones safe and them supporting each other. JJK is about fighting cursed spirits but the premise is more about Yuji's struggles with life & death (not in battle sense, more of his mindset). Premises are important to a story and not properly using them can hurt a story. Platinum End I think is good example of that. I enjoyed most of the story but with how it ended everything felt so pointless. Comparatively Dr Stone never lost it's premise of rebuilding society using science even as it made technological leaps. Disregarding or forgetting a premise is how we see stories "lose the plot". However, there is another aspect about premises. Premises can, and sometimes should, shift. Dragon Ball is a harder example to use for me since it shifts a lot but they also separate DB & DBZ & Super with good reason so it's fine. Naruto is a decent example as the premise of becoming Hokage & gaining acceptance does cap off the original series but Naruto's views on what that means changes as he matures & the story develops. Boruto isn't about that at all but instead is about how the next generation will "inherit the will of fire" which was a concept the original series developed over time. (Side note MHA sorta did that too but not as well if you ask me.) UU stuck with it's idea of Andy getting Fuuko to fall for him so he could reach death but it's become so much more as what love means keeps expanding. EZ was about finding Mother till the end which went from a vanity trip to saving the universe. Best examples, as biased as I am, are HxH & AoT. Gon becoming a hunter & finding his dad was the premise and he did all that yet the story continues without him. That's cause it became about much more than the premise. AoT was always about freedom but how Eren pursued that changed as he did. However this isn't always a good idea There are plenty of examples of a premise shift that meant well but didn't land well. First up is Death Note. Kid with a magic book to become god of the new world in a cat mouse game with a detective was great. But the premise had to shift cause the story writers needed Light to lose by the end. Now the idea that Light was doomed to a tragic end was well established from the start. But the way it was done did require a shift in how the cat mouse game was done & the ones involved. While I think the latter part of Death Note gets too much hate from anime only who saw a poorly adapted, I do admit it's weaker than the L vs Light arc. Second example is Promised Neverland. Gracefield is considered one of the best opening arcs in modern jump. While the idea of kids escaping for their freedom from human eating demons never stopped, but once it wasn't about the orphanage anymore then it started going down hill. Third I guess can be CSM. Not super fair as the series isn't finished but the premise shift has cause controversy even though Denji trying to find happiness is still very much the core. I say all this because despite my earlier point, having utilizing the core premise well is vital. Nothing says that better than series that died prematurely. Last point for my argument I'll say axed series are a good microcosm of misusing premises. These series are cut short & mangaka will sometimes include shifts either to save their series or tell as much of the story as possible (see Vibration Man, Red Hood, Earthchild, etc.). Other times they just don't make good use of their great premise which lead to the series not living up to it's potential & focusing on the wrong things (Tenmaku Cinema, Candy Flurry, Mamayuyu, Samurai 8, etc). Of course some of the series just didn't have a good premise with (Neru: way of martial artist, Build King, Zipman, etc.) Then there's series who just have premises that are too controversial & try to shift focus to no avail (i tell c, Time Paradox Ghostwriter, Ne0;lation?). So at the end of the day, who cares about about premise? A lot of people is the answer. Cause if that wasn't true, I would have this many examples of when premise is poorly handled cause a series downfall. We (as readers & writers) just need to be better at defining the premise. tl;dr I missed these hot take Ouji videos that let me write a five paragraph essay about like one thing lol. Yeah Naruto wasn't about ninjas. But premises are important. It's a foundational element that the best stories always keep in mind. They can & do shift. Sometimes with good reason & to great success. Yet very often not the case. As disregarding a premise has taken master class writing to poor endings. Worst possible circumstance is a poorly executed premise, or just bad/unpopular premise in general, leading to a series being dead on arrival.

I do somewhat agree with what you say here, but I do love pre ts over post timeskip because of how much better the story seemed to flow to me and kinda loses a certain vibe the further we get into Shippuden and not saying I don't love the bigger fights/tailed beasts action among other stuff just don't like the alien aspect as much but overall love the series a lot.

In my opinion, the problem is not that the premise changed to a premise similar to DBZs, but more of the execution of that change of premise. DBZ did it's premise change better.

Shonen movies are underrated because they put the characters in scenarios we want to see in the actual series. Especially the first one that actually sees Team 7 go on a misison together. P.S. I do miss when Dragon Ball was about martial arts. That's why DB Daima looks really promising.

Personally I will always love Dragon Ball, but I’m not that big of a fan of DBZ mostly due to power levels.

My UA-cam channel hasn’t started up yet but yes some of my videos centre around my criticism about the Naruto series, one of my issues with it is that yes it went into the direction it did with the whole Kaguya thing, Kaguya was in my opinion the stupidest idea for the series, and I didn’t even bother with Boruto because it doubled down on the Kaguya storyline I have other issues with the series as well but I won’t get into them now,
